Small Group Training


Build movement autonomy with your own progressive personalized program + accountability and expertise. With maximum four participants, you’ll receive affordable attention from your Movement Coach. Sessions run every Tuesday at 3PM + Thursday at 12PM at Third Space Movement, Victoria, BC.
